3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access: Customers must provide unobstructed access to trash and recycling containers on the scheduled collection day.
  • Materials: Customers agree not to dispose of hazardous, biomedical, or prohibited materials in the containers.
  • Containers: Customers are responsible for the care and maintenance of the containers provided by us. Any damage or loss may result in additional charges.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Billing: Service fees are billed in advance. Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice.
  • Late Fees: Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law.
  • Rate Changes: We reserve the right to adjust service fees due to changes in operational costs, regulations, or other factors.

5. Service Changes and Cancellations

  • Modifications: We may modify the service schedule or terms with prior notice to customers.
  • Cancellation: Customers may cancel services by providing written notice. Any prepaid fees for unused services will be refunded on a prorated basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services.

8. Terms of service covering minimum requirements from the carriers

  1.  You Agree  to Receive SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication from DoneForYou
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
