As a resident you will be provided a waste container which you will use to place outside
your home on scheduled pickup nights. Our associates will come by on scheduled nights
and pick up bag waste items.
5 Nights per week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) starting after 7:00 PM
Waste regularly produced in your home that can be securely bagged and tied and
placed inside your container. Empty flatten boxes, and pet waste that is double bag.
Bulk items (furniture, household items, TVs, Beds, and bed frames) and Home items
(shoes, microwaves, electronics, etc.)
Is our goal to collect all waste during the scheduled nights, in the event you see your
trash was left behind, please contact our support line at 346-222-3160 or

The questions we will ask: was your immediate neighbor’s trash also missed? what type
of trash did you place outside, bag or boxes? do you recall around what time you placed
your container outside?
Gather all your waste items inside your bag and place them inside the container. Before
placing it inside the bag, drain any fluids from any items. Keep out any sharp objects and
needles. If you have multiple bags, place one inside the container and the second one
on top of the container.
Keep sharp items out of your bag waste - avoid placing loose trash inside the container -
drain fluids from all waste items - flatten all boxes
